Implementation of the passive house standard not only has major effects on energy and environmental policy, the positive effects on economic and social policy, financial and foreign policy, technology and export policy as well as health and educational policy are important as well. It is only by taking a closer look at the passive house that all these extremely favourable influences on municipal, regional, national and international politics can be recognised.
