LANG consulting awarded with the Austrian Export Prize 2012
Clear vote for passive houses „Made in Austria“
Reinhold Mitterlehner Minister of Economic Affairs and Christoph Leitl president of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber awarded Günter Lang with the recognition award at the Export Prize Gala 2012. The Export Prize honors superior engagement and success of Austrian companies on foreign markets. For Lang this means an acknowledgement of the passive house as best building standard worldwide for new buildings and deep renovations.

LANG consulting acted as a frontrunner in 24 Countries worldwide already and boosted the interest in passive houses. In following Günter Lang was active: U.S., Canada, UK, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Malta and Greece.
Franz Rössler the delegate of the Austrian foreign economic center in Chicago was pointing to the passive house know-how exchange because of the many presentations of Lang at the Universities in the U.S. Norway, Sweden, UK and Belgium are the most attractive export markets for passive houses because of the economic situation and climate protection policy.
